Hotel no remodelado
Me parece que se pueden hacer mejoras al hotel, por ejemplo revisar que las instalaciones estén al cien por ciento pues los lavabos y WC del cuarto están muy viejos. El WC no estaba bien fijo. Por otro lado, no se atendían algunos aspectos como el cambio de divisas o cambio para pagar al taxi. Tuve que caminar largas calles para encontrar una casa de cambio, que por cierto no encontré. No tenían cambio de un billete de 50 reales para pagar el taxi y me mandaban al bar de enfrente para cambiar. .

A limpeza deixou a desejar em diversos dias da nossa hospedagem; acrescimento de itens não consumidos do frigobar no check-out; apenas um elevador social e outro de serviço para todo o hotel, além de uma garagem pequena para o tamanho do empreendimento.

Boa estadia.
O quarto precisa de alguns reparos, como no ventilador, e a garagem deveria ter mecanismo melhores de entrada e saída, como uma escada que não pareça saída de incêndio. Contudo, o quarto e o banheiro são bem confortáveis e o café da manhã e a recepção muito bons também.

Pouco seguro andar a pé nas imediações a noite.
O prédio na area externa e recepção precisa passar por uma pequena reforma e modernização. Os quartos são amplos e confortaveis, porém o secador de cabelos estava queimado e o ar condicionado parou de funcionar no primeiro dia de nossa estadia. Também vazou água pelo janela da salinha anexa ao quarto, em virtude de chuva. Café da manhã bom.

Flat antigo e sem os móveis da foto.
O quarto o qual reservei constava ser um flat com dois ambientes, sendo a sala equipada com sofá e televisão; quarto com tv a cabo (NET) e secador de cabelo no banheiro. No entanto, a sala não tinha tv e nem o sofá, no quarto uma tv antiga, apenas com canais abertos e ar condicionado (antigo e barulhento com direcionador de vento quebrado) pingando água para dentro do quarto (criando um poça). Por fim, no site o hotel diz disponibilizar secador de cabelo, mas não havia no quarto e nem para emprestar.

Precisam melhorar muito
Não foi muito boa, as fotos anunciadas são bem antigas, em frente ao hotel as vias públicas estavam com mato bem alto, o banheiro tinha vazamento, a garagem tinha vazamento e é bem escura, o portão da garagem é bem 'amador', a piscina é muito pequena e fizeram um muro, prejudicando a visão, o espaço 'fitness' é muito pequeno e o elevador não tem saída de ar, (respiro). o Piso do restaurante não está bom, falta manutenção e cuidado.
