Em termos gerais achei bem razoável, o serviço de restaurante ficou muito a desejar, tanto no café da manhã muito fraco, com frutas verdes, queijo grudando e no jantar nem se fala, uma algazarra só...nem consegui jantar tive que me deslocar para outro na cidade. É preciso mais organização neste sentido, acaba com a imagem bonita da recepção. Outro detalhe, quando chove a entrada dos elevadores do estacionamento fica toda alagada, risco sério de quedas. Este hotel já foi muito bom, desde a minha primeira estadia a 3 anos atrás até hoje ele pirou muito principalmente no atendimento, mas minha pior experiência desta vez foi banheiro com odor horrível de fumaça, na primeira noite um disjuntor em curto não me deixou dormir! Recepcionistas algumas não muito amigáveis. Café da manhã horrível, não tinha mesa, não tinha prato, não tinha talheres e não tinha o que comer. Tivemos que ficar numa fila grande pra ver o que sobrava. Tudo bem que foi 1 de janeiro, mas se propuseram a funcionar. Bom do banheiro empossa água devido à queda do ralo.
