RazoĆ”vel. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado do quarto, pelo horĆ”rio nĆ£o tinham tĆ©cnicos para verificar, mas resolveram nos mudando de quarto, chato por mudar de quarto, mas felizes por ter o serviƧo do ar novamente. JĆ” sabĆ­amos que nĆ£o possuĆ­am uma.piscina, mas a falta de uma fez falta em um dia quente, jardim Ć© lindo e o local do cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© muito agradavel, mesmo o cafĆ© nĆ£o sendo bem variado. Estacionamento Ć© pago, valor de 15 reais a diĆ”ria, hotel nĆ£o tem uma boa vizinhanƧa, mas fica localizado prĆ³ximo a bairros melhores e com um comĆ©rcio mais variado.

Bom Hotel
Fico neste hotel desde a sua inauguraĆ§Ć£o e percebo ele reduzir cuidados com manutenĆ§Ć£o e limpeza. Sofri um escorregĆ£o(Ć” noite ao retornar) no meu apartamento no primeiro dia (214) e quase me machuquei. A causa era um poƧa d'Ć”gua prĆ³ximo a janela causada ou pela geladeira ou pelo ar-condicionado (apesar de quando cheguei nĆ£o havia a poƧa d'Ć”gua). NĆ£o fiquei no apartamento pois logo na minha chegada acabei saindo e retornei Ć” noite. Falei com a portaria e pedi troca de apartamento. Fui muito bem atendido e mudei para o 215. Bem melhor apartamento mas precisam limpar a ducha do chuveiro (furos impregnados com calcĆ”rio) e encontrei formigas no balcĆ£o prĆ³ximo Ć” janela. De resto foi tudo ok e o atendimento Ć© Ć³timo.

Muito caro por um serviƧo bƔsico.
Muito conceito pouca entrega. No site diz pra ficar tranquilo e pagar no hotel, mas na verdade isso Ć© uma armadilha, pois o hotel nĆ£o parcela, como no site. Foram cobradas todas a diĆ”rias a vista, por um recepcionista muito antipĆ”tico inclusive. A cama Ć© a Ćŗnica coisa que salva o quarto, mas ele Ć© muito pequeno para ela, tem-se que atravessar de lado no pĆ© da cama. O chuveiro Ć© bom mas o box nĆ£o comporta e transborda pra fora no banheiro. O isolamento acĆŗstico Ć© terrĆ­vel, se escuta tudo, elevador, movimento do corredor, gemidos e camas batendo nos quartos vizinhos. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© bom, a Ć”rea externa Ć© bonita. Em uma das noites que estivemos, o restante tinha sido alugado pra uma confraternizaĆ§Ć£o, barulho extra e gente estranha circulando nas Ć”reas comuns. Enfim, serviƧo bĆ”sico, com alguns conceitos que nĆ£o mudam muito a experiĆŖncia, apenas gurmetizam e encarecem a diĆ”ria.
