O atendimento foi muito bom, os funcionĆ”rios foram muito solĆ­citos com tudo que eu pedi. PorĆ©m, o hotel precisa de limpeza, manutenĆ§Ć£o e diversos ajustes. No primeiro quarto que me colocaram, a parede embaixo do ar condicionado estava mofada e o banheiro com mau-cheiro. Pedi para trocar e prontamente me trocaram. No segundo quarto, nĆ£o havia mofo, mas o estava um pouco sujo. A descarga estava com um pouco de vazamento tambĆ©m, por isso dei uma nota baixa no quesito de sustentabilidade. As toalhas eram bastante Ć”speras e com rabiscos de caneta em uma delas. O chĆ£o nĆ£o estava sujo, o que Ć© um ponto positivo. O papel higiĆŖnico era de qualidade ruim. NĆ£o havia cadeira no quarto, mas os mĆ³veis em geral eram bons. Faltou um suporte para a mala, que tambĆ©m nĆ£o tinha. O colchĆ£o era razoĆ”vel e o travesseiro tambĆ©m, qualidade dos lenĆ§Ć³is era boa. Uma boa televisĆ£o, telefone no quarto, mas internet nĆ£o estava funcionando muito bem com o excesso de hĆ³spedes no andar que eu estava. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ era bastante variado, mas nĆ£o tem suco natural, nem gelo Ć  disposiĆ§Ć£o.
