Our object is a cozy 3-room non-smoking apartment with sea view for 2-4 persons with 65 m² area on the mezzanine floor. From the balcony there is a glimpse of the view over the Baltic Sea to the chalk cliffs up Sassnitz.
There is a large living room with dining area, two separate bedrooms, separate kitchen with breakfast table, bathroom with shower and a spacious Loggia with balcony furniture. Since the apartment is allergy-friendly, pets are not allowed. A bike shed is in the basement and there is a garage belonging to the apartment .

Super Lage jedoch in die Jahre gekommen
Super schön. Den Kindern hat's gefallen. Wir haben super geschlafen. Wir saßen Abends häufig auf den Balkon. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. WLAN und die Fernbedienung für den DVD-Player fehlte.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester zentraler Lage, trotzdem ruhig, Strand Nähe Seebrücke fußläufig keine 10 Minuten gute Erreichbarkeit, Garage, sauber, alles Nötige vorhanden. Verschiedene Versorger und Restaurants in der Nähe. Bei Fragen netter und zielführender Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Danke, gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die ruhige Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder geeignet. Sie ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Vom Balkon aus sieht man ein kleines Stück Meer, ansonsten viel Grün und Häuser. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum von Göhren. Der Nord- und Südstrand sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Abwechslungsreich trotz sehr wechselhafter Wetterlage. Ferienwohnung: Wohnzimmer schon ein bisschen altmodisch, besonders Sofa und Sessel (kratziger Stoffbezug). Der Vermieter der Ferienwohnung sollte den Ort der Schlüsselabholung aktualisieren in seiner Emailinformation. WLAN wäre nicht schlecht. Über einen Geschirrspüler läßt sich streiten, denn dann müsste auch mehr Geschirr zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Eine Aufrüstung mit WLAN, Spülmaschine und einem größeren Wasserkocher würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. WLAN sollte in der heutigen Zeit eigentlich zum Standard gehören, zumal der Internetempfang in diesem Gebiet nicht gut ist.

Kurzurlaub in Göhren
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Göhren. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, mit Sicht aufs Meer und alles Nötige per Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gut war auch die Garage in der auch der Pkw ein paar Tage "Urlaub" hatte. Für die Teenager wäre WLAN noch prima gewesen. Es gibt sonst nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gern wieder.
