"I didn’t really like having to leave my shoes at the front and use public slippers, the bathroom was useful but a bit cramped and the cooler/heater was hard to get the right temperature in the room. But I really liked the hot tub onsen and the staff were mostly friendly."

"The room looks like it’s been water damaged and the ceiling and walls were bogged with cement. Staff were very nice but the property was very poor. I didn’t like the communal kitchen. I want to make a coffee first thing in the presence myself."

丁寧な接客と素敵なお部屋

"チェックインからチェックアウト、清掃の係の方の対応すべて優しく親切丁寧で心地よかったです。忘れ物の対応も感謝いたします。お部屋も綺麗で清楚なデザインにリゾート気分でとっても良かったです。また、宿泊したいと思います。不満なとこといえば、ベットが2つ揃えてひとつのベッドになってたようで、真ん中の境目が硬くて、その部分に寝転んでしまうと痛かったです。"
