"Easy street parking especially during the day. Excellent room, spacious, little fridge, coffee and tea. Nice view. Very friendly staff and also other travelers were kind. For some reason our door did not close (possibly my error because it is a soliddoor and lock) and it was open from 3-8pm. Other guests let the receptionist know who came up to close it. Nothing was stolen. Public transportation is excellent and Downtown is in walking distance (20 minutes). "

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"The location is superb. I’m really surprised that it’s 2 star as it should be at least 3. Really enjoyable stay and I would definitely book when I’m in Leipzig again. "

"A short 2 night stay, the room was very spacious with 2 large single beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options. The restaurant meals were very nice, very tasty and well cooked and not overpriced. There was a small supermarket nearby but other than this there wasn’t a lot of other shops, cafes or restaurants nearby"

"This is a good hotel for people travelling through the Leipzig area, without a need to go into the city. The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is. "

"The staff was excellent throughout. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. I loved having advance choice between a tub-shower and a walk-in shower (during early online check-in). I generally dislike tub-showers because they seem slippery and awkward, and therefore potentially dangerous."
