"I love Wink hotels. This is my 3rd stay in one (first one was in Danang and second was in HCMC). I love the 24 hour check in concept. Rooms are small but clean and functional. Breakfast is great and cost is affordable. The one in Can Tho is a short walk to Ninh Kieu Wharf and there are coffee shops, a Circle K and a mall all within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again or at any other Wink hotel."

"Here for 2 nights as part of a trip round Vietnam. Great views of the Mekong delta and river traffic from a river view room. We were on floor 14. 19 floors in total and there is an infinity pool on the 19th floor which is a nice place to cool off with phenomenal views. The hotel is connected to Sense City shopping centre by a walkway which is quite nice to use when traffic is heavy. "The place was immaculate, real oasis to unwind and switch off. Beautiful rooms and grounds of the hotel. The only downside where prices. While i understand its a 5 star hotel they really charging A LOT for food and drinks comparing to other similar rank hotels. We were gratefull for early check in and late check out. Thank you to all lovely staff who looked after us"

"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because...

"The hotel is rated 3 star but the cleanliness and quality is worse than 2 star hotel. The bathroom is yuck, very gross. I booked a Deluxe room which I paid more than Standard room, but quality of the room is TERRIBLE. The AC is dead that has no cool air at all in the room when it's 80 degree. "

"The staff were wonderful. The bed in my room could not be approached from one side, and the corners of the bed could cause injury by striking them on passing, with an ankle or lower leg. The shower area was small, and it was difficult to shower properly without making contact with the shower water controls."

"This property was not as advertised. It did not look like the pictures online. It was not cleaned and the area did not feel safe. We came into the room and instantly left and cancelled the stay and went to find a different hotel. The rooms had a bad smell, ac did not work, and overall was dirty. Upon arrival we were approached with a lot of beggers."
