"I had an issue regarding my room, to the point I thought about leaving... the two staff on duty saw my complaint, and had me in another room within minutes... my rating reflects the overall care from staff, and as far as the first room goes... stuff happens, and you work around it... "This property was very well situated and walking distance to many attractions. Local uber app called Grab worked well and most rides to anyplace we visited were under $2. We organized airport pick up which was great. We were greeted right away upon arrival to the property ( at 0130). Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Only complaint is the lack of towels ( no hand towels no dish towels) and very limited toilet paper! Kitchen super limited stock. There was a small leak...

"The location was great! The staff were amazing. Always ready to reply to our messges. The unit was amazingly clean. Very spacious and the view from the 26th floor was spectacular! Highly recommend staying here, very affordable especially in a major city. Many late night quick shops downstairs for last minute needs. Thank you staff! It was a pleasure staying at the River Gate! "
