"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”"
