Check in was a breeze and the booklet left for guest to review, even had a bit of the history of the property. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve had the pleasure of visiting."

"The Hisrich Hills Farm is one very special place. Quiet. Secluded. No! neighbors. I found the A-frame rustic yet comfortable with a lovely direct lake view. Agree with last guest comment that shower head could be replaced. The hosts, Jennifer and Doug, are friendly, available (live on property) and very responsive. "What a wonderful place! It was just as it was described. The owners could not have been more gracious, even leaving eggs, muffins, milk and fruit for breakfast. Everything was so clean. There is a small lake on the property with paddleboats, canoes and rowboats and hiking trails. It was so peaceful. We enjoyed hiking and just sitting on the porch reading. Berlin is about 30 minutes away. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends."

The location is fabulous... close enough to both Cambridge and Salt Fork State Park to do something for a little bit and then come back to the cabin to relax. The cabin itself is great. "We stayed for one night while exploring the Salt Fork area for the first time. The weather was not great but Brittany allowed us to check in early, so we ended up spending most of our time at the cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit and cooking on the grill. The inside of the cabin is beautiful and clean. The outside was nice as well but a bit unkempt - mostly minor things that could be resolved easily (grass needed cut, found some garbage lying around, grill was very old and rusty with food residue)....
