"We had a delightful time in the Ferienhaus. The beach with some shade was easily reached through the park at the end of the neighborhood. Everything in the house was in good working order. All interactions with the owner and property manager were smooth. We would definitely return. "

"Everything was exactly as advertised and no complaints whatsoever. Very comfortable accommodation with everything to hand. Local facilities good with food shops, bakeries and nearby restaurants. The beach and port are within easy walking distance. Rugen is a great location for a family holiday and highly recommended."

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber. Bedienungsanleitung für die Sauna eher schwierig aber hinbekommen. Der Behälter für die Entsorgung der Kaminasche fehlte; konnte aber zufriedenstellend durch die Agentur gelöst werden. Was aber gar nicht ging war die Abzugshaube in der Küche.Genau über dem Herd in rund 1,70 Meter Höhe. Alle haben sich ständig fies den Kopf gestoßen. Man musste förmlich unter die Haube mit dem Kopf. Trotzdem 5 Sterne. "

"Sehr schönes und modernes Ferienhaus! Ruhige Lage am Rand einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Gute Ausstattung, (vermisst haben wir nur einen Toaster und bei 6 möglichen Gästen haben wir nur 4 Kaffeelöffel gefunden). Vom Haus aus ist alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Strand, Bodden, Discounter, Restaurant´s). Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation war sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend.Bei einem Problem war Hilfe sofort vorhanden. Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt...

"Das Haus war sehr schön. Platz ist ausreichend für vier Personen. Der eingezäunte Garten ist mit Hund perfekt. Die Küche war von allem was wir bisher gesehen haben am besten ausgestattet. Zur Lage, der Strand ist sehr schmal an dieser Stelle und damit im Sommer extrem überlaufen. Wer etwas weniger Kontakt zu anderen Badegästen sucht muss etwas laufen in Richtung Schaabe. Mit Hund sowieso weil der Hundestrand 20 min entfernt ist. "

"The house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated. We used the pool/yoga house almost every morning. Its a great spot to start the day with a great view of the pool and backyard. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation home yet close to the beach. Downtown with its shops can easily be reached on foot or bikes (several come with the house). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this rental."

"Die beiden Wochen waren geradezu himmlisch: eine wundervolle Unterkunft, in der es an nichts fehlt, die modern, hell und edel eingerichtet ist. Wir hatten schönes Wetter und konnten viel mit unseren Enkeln unternehmen, aber am Strand auch einfach einmal die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem ruhigen Viertel, unweit der Hauptstraße. Der Strand ist in der Nähe, mit feinem Sand und tollem Wasser, die Strandpromenade lädt zum Schlendern ein. Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. Several times during the stay, there was obvious smoking INSIDE the staircase. "
