Beautiful view, house, and experience
We had 4 couples attending a wedding in Gloucester staying at the house, and with the plan that the day after we would do a beach day. The view and hosting space along with bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for what we needed. The back deck was amazing to hangout on as well. The beach was an amazing experience and we will definitely be looking to come back. Owners were great with everything.

The only thing I would say is the beds. Just ok. Smaller side. Maybe full? No private bath. No main suite. Double Dishwashers. Convenient. Lots of supplies. Would know for next time. Great furniture indoor and out. Soft bed linens and towels.

We had a fantastic stay at this rental. There are 2 amazing beaches within easy walking distance of this house. The photos are accurate. The kitchen is super well equipped- and organized. The owner was great about communicating, and I encourage you - if you are considering this listing- to rent it. You won’t be disappointed.

The house is beautiful inside and out. The views from the huge picture window are incredible. We felt very comfortable stay here. The owner, Steve, was in contact with me via text. He sent me all the info I needed for the house the night before our arrival. His instructions were easy to follow. Steve check in with me via text to see how everything was going after arrival. Wanting to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay here again.

The Perfect Weekend with a View
After one heck of a year, a few of my fellow teachers and I took the weekend to congratulate ourselves and this home was absolutely perfect! Monica and Steve were incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with and their house is GORGEOUS! The sprawling views, multiple bedrooms, deck, outdoor shower, everything we needed...was at our fingertips. An easy walk down the hill to the beach and a short drive to downtown. Would 1000% book this home again!

Amazing place! Great location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property and enjoyed all the elevated details. Very tastefully decorated and a great place to have a group of 10 women for a long weekend! Loved the open floor plan and the views. We enjoyed everything about this home and we will look to go back again next year! We have been going away for decades and this was one of our favorite homes.

Awesome!
The house is amazing - the views incredible. My family stayed for a long weekend and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Loved the extra dishwasher! We stayed when it was cool so we used the fireplace. I can imagine how amazing it would be in the summer. The beach was a little farther away than I would like to walk with all of our beach gear but still close. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house!

Ladies annual weekend! 10 adult females stayed in this incredible home. We were all in awe! We agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed in. Not only is it beautiful, but the view is magnificent. This home has EVERYTHING you need and more. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens! The decor is stunning. Plenty of nice quality towels, linen, dishes, platters - you name it. It's there. Several of the ladies are going to rent again with their families. The owners, Monica & Steve were awesome to deal with. DON'T hesitate to rent this one!!!

Amazing house, amazing hosts
What a house! It's not often a rental looks better in person than in the photos, but this house really wowed us. We were a group of five adult women getting together for a retreat and the house could not have been more perfect -- 5 lovely bedrooms, all equally beautiful. An amazing living room to spread out in and fully equipped kitchen right there so we could cook and chat together. And the views!! Although May was a bit chilly this year, we very much enjoyed walking to the beaches (only a couple blocks away on foot). The private beach was especially beautiful. The hosts were super welcoming and only a text away if we had any issues (which we didn't because the house was perfect). This house would be ideal for a family looking for a summer getaway -- you could even easily fit two families since there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with the main living room/kitchen and 3 more downstairs with their own living room area.
