The flat lies in a beautiful area, halfway up a hill of Glottertal, a region at the outskirts of the Black Forest. Ideal for outdoor activities, and there are also adequate bus connections.
On the less positive side, the flat has little light, similar to a souterrain apartment, and feels a little damp. The kitchen equipment is lean and some of the installations appear cheap (e.g., the shower door does not close properly) or self-built. Artificial flowers are used for prettying up the interior, which is, of course, a matter of taste.
