"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"The apartment itself is very nice but the owner was very rude from first moment we walked in, this was very upsetting and kids didnt feel comfortable and neither did we. There is only a door that separated our apartment and his... the bed had bed bugs as we got spots on our legs and there was a spare bed plonked in the entrance to living room which we all knocked into all the time.
