The property was beautifully presented with a fantastic outdoor area (even a putting green) to relax and the interior was very well laid out, clean with quality inclusions in the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom very much appreciated. Very close to Avalon Beach and a further short walk to Avalon's shops, it's an ideal place to relax and explore the Avalon area. Don't forget to try the excellent Oliver's Pies nearby.
