Our second time staying at this property and enjoyed it more than the first! The available garden gives a unique extra for the listing and the tomatoes were delicious. The house is well maintained and fully equipped, offering plenty of room for groups and relaxation/children play areas.

What an amazing home!
My family and I had a great weekend in this beautiful home. The house is very beautiful and historic, with a great collection of books and a cozy wood paneled living room. I can’t recommend this property enough. It’s a must stay.

One of the prettiest little homes in GW Springs
The house has such cozy charm, yet has fantastic modern conveniences that do not take away from the homes authentic early 20th century feel. Loved it!!! Very Spacious and walking distance to most everything you need in town.

We had a good time in Glenwood Springs. The house was accurate on the listing and was big enough for our family of 9. The house is very spacious and had all of the needed items to cook. We did have a little one, so the added gate on the staircase was great.

We loved this home! Lots of room, very charming and the check in process was very smooth. We found Matt very easy to communicate with. The location is just about perfect... Close to downtown and yet quiet and very safe feeling. Lots of parking right out front. Our only complaint is that we couldn't use that charming porch due to the super cold weather! We will be back!!
