"Great location, great property, great hosts. Wake looking out at the ocean, walk down the hill to breakfast, have a swim, grab some fish and chips and have dinner on the balcony watching the surfers. Very relaxing break."

"The Sanctuary is quiet, peaceful and very much a sanctuary. The property was beautifully presented with a fantastic outdoor area (even a putting green) to relax and the interior was very well laid out, clean with quality inclusions in the kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom very much appreciated. Very close to Avalon Beach and a further short walk to Avalon's shops, it's an ideal place to relax and explore the Avalon area. Don't forget to try the excellent Oliver's Pies nearby. "The house is gorgeous, the kids loved the rooms and the resort facilities. I would easily have given a 4 or even a 5 star overall rating if it wasn’t for the following: 1. Before booking I noticed a number of reviews mentioning the fridge not working properly. I made an enquiry about it was told there was no issue. When we got there however we quickly discovered the fridge was basically room temperature, and the freezer was only cold enough to store milk, drinks (we stored icecream and it all...
