"I love the custom built cabins across Alaska. This one is a great example. Tons of charm inside and out. I really like the hobby farm feel nestled into the surrounding rugged mountains. Everything we needed for our meals was available and me and my fishing buddies had a great time hanging out here. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the groomed cross country ski trails behind the lodge and the large hot tub that we could reserve for just the two of us. The cabins are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The restaurant was closed for remodeling but the food has always been wonderful in the past."

"We had a few issue with the pipes freezing but we had the most amazing experience with the northern lights on New Years Eve! The sky morphed into a 5 minute Aurora buerealis firework show! I hope I can add a video to show here. We have been on a ten day trip and this was the best show of the northern lights!"

"Our stay at the cabin was brief, but was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable and provided facilities to fix our meals and prep for our shuttle to Kennicott and overnight stay there. It was so very convenient that the shuttle picked up at the property and that we were able to leave our car overnight. I had so many questions and the host was very responsive. It was great meeting the owner upon our return and we truly appreciated the gift they sent us on our way with ;) Thank you! "
