"We had a great weekend in Aviemore. The flat is clean, light and comfortable. We easily walked to and from the train station with backpacks. It's also less than 10 minutes walk to the Tesco Superstore and restaurants. We recommend Cheese and Tomatin Aviemore for lunch/dinner! "Bynack House is a lovely Cairngorm getaway for a couple or small family. The house was clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, comfy beds etc. The hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine and some Tunnocks! "I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. "This is a new spacious apartment., located 15 mins walk to centre of Aviemore. It’s got 3 bedrooms and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which was great as we had friends over for dinner one night. We stayed 3 nights in total. We had to contact the management Co as no hairdryer which they rectified with a brand new one as soon as the shops opened. My only gripe is the kitchen could be a bit better equipped .. only 3 glasses, ( 5 wine glasses but only 3 others) and cooking...

"Gareth mer us on arrival and we were made to feel very welcome.Gareth and 'the ' boys' ( the Dogs Loki & Joshi, both absolutely beautiful and very friendly ) were about if you needed them but were never intrusive.The property was very clean and had lots of little touches and you have full use of the garden and all facilities. We would ( and have ) recommend the Beeches to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful break. We will definitely be going back Thank you Gareth."

"Negatives: There was an overwhelming damp/off smell when we first entered the apartment which I later discovered came from the vacuum cleaner when I used it. The bathroom light and hot water tap didn't work and the duvet for the sofa bed had a yellow stain on it. The "free kids club" is a run down cabin in which you pay £1 per game of pool (don't expect chalk). There are no plug sockets beside the bedroom mirror/dressing table. The bar area was always empty. Positives: The area is fantastic....
