"We enjoyed a very roomy traditional townhouse stay in Launceston. Walking distance to an amazing coffee shop with fresh baked goods every morning. A short drive or stroll to town. "

"This is a lovely property in a great area. I did misread the bathroom situation and thought it had 2 full bathrooms, rather than one plus a toilet, but we managed. Beach towels were a nice addition. 4 bedrooms allowed us good flexibility in accommodating family. The kitchen was very nice and the spacious outdoor area with BBQ, bench and sink, and large seating area was wonderful."

"We had a wonderful stay. We had all the facilities and extra's you could possibly want. We even realised the toaster wasn't working so I mentioned it and was given a replacement that day. The Communication with the property owner and organisers were amazing. Thank you for our stay"

"Ideal property for a family or a couple stay in Launceston The property has been renovated to a high standard yet keeping the terrace house feel As it only has one bathroom with separate WC located on the first floor its not ideal for several couples to stay The dining room & kitchen are yet to be renovated but we both had a good stay"

"Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! We especially loved the location and quietness of the neighbourhood as well. Rikki and Chris are the most wonderful caring owners, so welcoming, warm and friendly, and very generous. "I should start by saying that I wasn't there because I was sick. This information has been supplied by my sisters. The good stuff: Great location, nice big yard. Lots of beds and extra blankets were provided. Free wifi was great as phone reception was spotty. House was clean and tidy. Lounge was very comfy and good TV reception. Nice big fridge too and enough hot water for all of us. The not so good stuff: Implements in kitchen were grubby and musty and needed washing before use. No...
