It was a bit noisy when it rained due to the down spout of the gutter being ran against the bedroom wall. "New bed that was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I actually wanted to leave. The pull out futon was dirty with dog hair, bedding smells like wet dog. Plug in by TV coffee pot was not working. "We had a great time at ocean front condominium! There a lot of great things that make this a great beach destination. The room was great with one of the best views and a back yard that you can relax in while enjoying one of the best views we have found in Lincoln City. We stayed in the off season so the prices were good. The Summer rates look high to me but if you have the money it is well worth it."
