"Lisa was so helpful and friendly, offering us suggestions for dinner and breakfast, as the restaurant was not open due to the public holidays. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect! The mattresses and pillows were so unbelievably good that I pulled the mattress protector back to photograph the brand! The bath was so clean that I actually wanted to have a bath, the extra touch of wrapping the sterilised plug was lovely. The towels were soft and luxurious. Both the parking and the apartment were clearly labelled; no fumbling around looking in the dark for our room! We were sad our stay was not long enough to enjoy the pool, as it is so well-landscaped. My only "less positive, but certainly not bad" feedback would be to: 1. clearly indicate the driveways (entry and exit) to prevent the possibility of an accident. 2. the layout of the tiles in the shower/bathroom meant that the water from the shower drained all over the bathroom floor, leaving it wet underfoot when using the toilet or basin. (I felt bad using extra towels to mop up the water, as I don't like wet feet before bedtime!) Overall, an excellent experience. We have friends who live and work in Glen Innes and will be suggesting that they recommend your establishment for all their visitors. "

"We spent 3 nights here, escaping the qld heat. The cabin had everything a couple could need for a short stay. And the bed was so comfortable. Very friendly operators. And our two small dogs loved it as well, lots of shade and large trees."
