The emerald waters surrounding this estate provide a lakeshore experience like no other. Outside, a serene cove invites you to paddle in the morning, enjoying the crystal-clear waters and breathtaking scenery. The large entertaining deck, complete with a BBQ and hot tub, offers stunning lakefront views, making this custom-built home a perfect retreat. With 3,200 sq ft of living space and parking for four cars, it's ideal for hosting family and friends. Enjoy fantastic lake views from nearly every window.

Please Note:
The property does not have central AC. Portable AC units can be provided.
Maximum occupancy: 12 during the day and 6 at night.
Gatherings and events exceeding the maximum occupancy are prohibited.
Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2.
Renters will be issued parking placards, which must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and will be strictly enforced.

Just amazing
The house and view was wonderful. The cottages allowed our elderly parents a place to rest with easy access. The appliances worked very well. The only hard part is getting off the freeway to get to the house. Other than that our stay was everything we were looking for. We are already planning on returning next year.

Beautiful views, great location, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cabins were a plus. Water access was nice. What we would suggest is an upgrade to a larger hot tube (only fits 2-3 people comfortably). The trees on the lower deck obstruct the view from the house would benefit with a trim. Minor complaint but only 1 hairdryer for 4 bathrooms.

Breathtaking!
We couldn’t have picked a better house for our girls getaway! The views were spectacular and there was plenty of space for everyone! It was a short drive to town and to many hikes. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no air conditioning. With windows open at night and fans on, it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property
Extremely well appointed property. For cooks, you won’t be disappointed in the kitchen: pretty much every appliance you could want except a stand mixer. Lots of baking and cooking tools and implements. Some spices, teas, and coffee. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, except the twin beds which were very hard. We were assured sleeping mats, but could not find any. The back deck was gorgeous: multi-tiered with hot tub and plenty of seating and water access. Communication with the owners was poor taking 2-3 days for a response, but a call to the leasing firm elicited an immediate response from the property manager. Overall, everyone loved the property and we would return!!

A Beautiful Stay!
The stay was fantastic. The house is in great condition with such a beautiful view of the lake. The cottages were really helpful to have with a few loud toddlers in our group. Looking forward to returning!

Very Nice Stay
We had a very nice stay at this property in late February. This house has an excellent location about 50 minutes from RNO airport and 10 minutes from Heavenly. The views of the lake are incredible. Note that there are three bedrooms within the main house and two unattached cottages that are each about the same as a tiny home. The cottages give a nice retreat if different families are staying together at the house. Management was very responsive when we arrived and the gas furnace pilot light was out in one of the cottages. However, they were less responsive when we requested they look at the hot water heater in the other cottage that only produced lukewarm water. Thankfully this didn’t impact our stay that much because we didn't need all five bedrooms the entire trip. Things we liked: Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable Plenty of towels, shampoo, and bodywash were provided Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements Parking for 4 cars Quite neighborhood with good privacy Areas to improve: Hot tub smelled like it needed a touch more chlorine No directions on how to use the main living room gas fireplace. Hot water heater in yellow cabin was only luke warm. All in all we had a great trip and would absolutely stay again in the future.
