The queen mattress, and at least 1 of the single beds in the premise need to be replaced. The couch is lounge is uncomfortable to sit on - this also needs to be replaced. "

There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked.
