"Great place to stay. We chose to get out of NYC and were glad we stayed at the Inn. Very comfortable, cozy and safe experience. The only deduction of a star was the smell of marijuana that was coming from the hallways from someone apparently choosing to be rude and smoke in their room, all rooms were to be non-smoking. I don’t suppose you can fault the Innkeeper for that but it was a downside. Still would come and stay again. "

"I was here and the host said that they don’t know what I’m saying. They didn’t accept the booking from Expredia"

"Nice place but the area is not good. On the street the house is on there was no tom foolery but it wouldn't be a good idea to walk around at night in the area."

"Pleasant stay bed is comfortable staff was very helpful with helping me check in using the code to inter the building I highly recommend this place to friends and family I’ll be making reservations again for next holiday location near by food court and train stations bodega stores I felt safe staying there every floor as a security camera "

"Not too good, beds not comfortable, pics don't show the street which is very bad. Hot water doesn't work if both showers are running. Under the beds was not clean. Must say host came to bring more towels (one left a lot of l blue lint on my grandchild), I won't choose this place again."

"it was awful. we get told that we are going to a different home than we paid for, get there to a problem with the keys, and a child showed up to help us, we get into our room and the room next to us is duck taped shut with other people on the other side. "

"Exceptional Service and Perfect Stay! I had an incredible experience at the Millenium Times Square. The front desk agent was truly exceptional—unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his outstanding service deserves recognition. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite the hustle and bustle of being near Times Square during the New Year’s Eve season, he ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. From the moment we checked in, he made us feel welcome and well cared for, setting the tone for a fantastic visit. The location was unbeatable—convenient, central, and right in the heart of all the action. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay after a busy day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Millenium Times Square to anyone seeking exceptional service, a prime location, and a wonderful place to stay. I will absolutely return on my next trip!"

"The property was fine and honestly NOTHING the mgmt can do about the below comment we just chose a bad location Although we were in the middle of it all the street salesman are ANNOYING and steps away from hotel entrance. The hotel is clean the front desk staff and valets extremely helpful and hospitable. Would I stay here again YES if wasn’t located in Times Square "
