"Enjoyable stay. Hotel/spa staff- without exception- friendly and attentive. Food & beverage quality excellent. Slightly disappointed that room (120) had multiple unsightly stains in bathroom- surprising at this property. Also issues maintaining consistent heat level in room. Still highly recommend. Stunning architecture, amazing setting and interesting history. "

"This was our first visit since the renovations, and we were pleased with them outside of 2 things. First is the rooms are too “chic” and the sofa chairs in the rooms are not very comfortable, however, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! The bathroom and shower were excellent. The 2nd thing was the outdoor hot tub “shrunk”. The original could easily hold 10-12 people no problem. The “new” one holds maybe 4 comfortably, not sure why they would make it smaller. "There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time."

"This was our first time at this property. We had to use the check in desk and the workers were helpful and inviting. The room was recently upgraded and was very clean. My daughter and I have allergies and this was important for us. The property manager communicated often and was nice. We didn’t have any extra needs while.we were there but he did reach out to ask and check in. The facilities were fun for our children and we enjoy the area which we have visited many times. "Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area."

"Went Presidents’ Day. Literally across from loon. Resort offers free shuttle. Also 1/2 hour to Waterville valley. Super clean and plenty for adult and kids to do on property "

"Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

"Have owned a time sharetjerefor many uears. Lots of improvements like the hot tubs have been made. Unit 439 in Streamside was nice..but they need to replace the blinds in the bedroom as they dont close. Otherwise another great stay!"

"Stayed 1 night as it was close to Pinkham Notch and my buddy and I were hiking Tuckermans Ravine. The room was perfect for our trip and wish I was staying another night to relax after the exhausting day. Was arriving late coming into town and Allen was exceptionally accommodating and left my room for me even though it was after hours. Was out early the next morning but would love to return!"

"We had a two night couple get away. We stayed in a studio with king bed and sofa pull out. Also had a kitchen with full size refrigerator, m/w and dishwasher and small kitchen table with 2 chairs. Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable - I am actually ordering us the same pillows for home:). The check in was easy and quick and all the staff were very nice and friendly. We also had a wonderful full buffet breakfast both mornings. Would definitely recommend and stay again"
