Inside, you'll find cozy living areas, all thoughtfully modernized for your comfort. The spacious great room features a gas log stove, an 65" TV and a sunny southern exposure, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Upstairs we have a game room that boasts foosball table, air hockey and other games to keep the fun going with family and friends.

Outside, relax on the expansive deck with comfortable seating and scenic mountain views.

Close to skiing, hiking, swimming and tubing in the Saco, shopping, and restaurants, our retreat offers something for everyone. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and ample parking ensure a hassle-free stay.

On the main floor, there are two bedrooms that each have a king bed and one of these rooms has an attached full suite. Upstairs we our third bedroom with a king bed and the room is of good size. Also on the upstairs floor we have a large loft which we use as our 4th bedroom that has a twin over twin bunk bed with a slide (yes a slide!) and fun games like air hockey and foosball.

We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.
