I highly recommend to remove all carpet- it’s harder to clean and that probably why you have mice. I also recommend to install a playground- you have so much space it would benefit all ur guests with small children

Great area - terrible hotel
I grew up there and today you see a city that collects s lot of taxes but doesn’t spend the money on its maintenance Some of the beach areas have been closed for years due to bacteria and there has still been no real effort to correct the problem
This was our home town growing up ad we had our 50th class reunion here.
