Unobstructed views of impossibly blue waters await at this lakefront condo, spectacularly situated on the shores of Sleeping Bear Bay. This is a place for a true getaway up north - swimming along a private Lake Michigan beach, exploring downtown Glen Arbor, and admiring spectacular nightly sunsets from your covered balcony overlooking the lake.
This second-floor, beachfront condo is located in the highly desirable South Beach area of The Homestead, a resort property on the shores of Lake Michigan's Sleeping Bear Bay. It's a location that gives you easy access to a private stretch of beach, hiking and biking trails, nearby public tennis courts and golf courses, and canoe, kayak, and bike rentals. Go fishing or tubing on the Crystal River in summer, and return in the winter to ski, snowboard, or snowshoe at The Homestead or Crystal Mountain (32 miles). Quaint downtown Glen Arbor - full of restaurants, shops, and galleries - is less than a mile away by road or by beach. It's also a great jumping-off point for the Heritage Trail, a paved, multiuse path that winds throughout Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore for 20+ miles.
No matter how you spend your days, you'll be greeted back at home by a wall of windows framing the gorgeous lakefront view. Step out onto the covered balcony to linger with a cold drink and a view of the beach, or curl up by the fireplace in the living room with a good movie or a board game. You'll also have a kitchen with every essential, a dining area, and two bedrooms - one of which is a primary suite with its own TV and jetted bathtub.

The Homestead Beach Club amenities (pool, spa, gym, tennis) are not available to guests.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
