"We enjoyed the balcony for relaxing, reading, and eating. We appreciated the host allowing use of the garage under the quarters for parking. Big plus for those who are particular about their vehicle. Also enjoyed the quiet setting and the location to the small towns, lakes, and state parks. Would not hesitate to stay again to do more exploring of the area. The owner was friendly and inquired if all was ok when our paths crossed, but otherwise respected our time and privacy."

"My only concern is the safety of the steps I had to navigate to and from the condo. There were railings for some of the steps, but not all, and those were scary. I'm 76 and not nearly as steady or confident as I used to be. I took my walking sticks and that's how I navigated the rail-less steps. These are only 2 or 3 steps long, but with no railing to steady me, they are a horrifying fall risk. I brought the sticks so that I could hike up and down dunes on my way to the lakeshore.
