"Such a lovely place. Very clean and tidy. So close to all amenities, shops and the beach. We had a great time and 4 little boys who enjoyed playing hide and seek throughout the whole place. They said it was perfect for it. Allison was an amazing host. Thanks again for the hospitality. "

"Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season."

"Basically good. However no enough rubbish bags/bottom step of inside stairs quite dangerous-needs a strip/hot water on ground floor at best lukewarm"

"This was a great stay for our pets and teenagers. Close to everything and having 2 living areas was great. Master bed was comfortable and although kitchen very dated had everything we needed. Oven and Fridge looked new and were clean. Some repairs and Maintenace required but did not affect our stay at all. "

"This a perfect place for a quiet weekend. It is very private and has everything we need. And the decor is very tasteful. It was unfortunate the local Tavern was closed both evenings due to functions , but we will definitely nook again ."

"Our host, Kim, was incredible! Excellent communication and so welcoming and friendly. The place is STUNNING! Clean, easy access and everything we hoped for. The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls."

"Great location, comfortable accommodation. Close to town and beach. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect dog friendly place for bringing your pet. They can they be inside with you and are also secure outside in a fully fenced area. This is our second time here and will be our go to place. "

"Beautiful property perfect for extended family to enjoy Cape Paterson. 3 levels with gorgeous views over the ocean. Outside space is lovely to enjoy a beach break. Walk to the swimming beach and shops. Only potential negatives (depending on your requirements): one real living area and lots of stairs. "

"This was one of the best resort we have stay. The view was amazing. Facing the sea, we could see the sea during the day time and fantastic view during sunset. The resort was near to Philip Island, Inverloch and other beautiful suburbs around it. We have a blast driving around the area and were enjoying the beaches in the surrounding area. The restaurant served breakfast that need to book a day before to get a discount. The resort also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A gym, bar...
