"Not sure it was clear that my room had a shared bathroom. HOWEVER, on my floor, only 3 rooms shared 1 bath and on the other side, 2 rooms shared another. Rooms and bathrooms are very nicely done and renovated. Sharing the bathroom wasn't a bother at all."

"The hotel has a beautiful bar and wonderful restaurant. The views from the room were spectacular. Our room in the Schloss was huge even though we just got a standard double room. There was even a walk-in closet. The decor was very traditional and the bathroom was big but was done in an old fashion style with a long narrow bath with a shower attachment. More modern decor is in the outer buildings.They have an elevator so accessibility is good in the Schloss except for the restaurant where there are a few steps to go up. The reception desk staff were very friendly and could speak multiple languages. I could converse in English with them. The location is very convenient with free parking. It is a very easy walk over to the thermal baths in the Bad Ragaz resort. Walking to the town center took me about 5 minutes. The breakfast at the hotel which is included was terrific with many options to appeal to different nationalities. The restaurant in the evening was wonderful with an Indian buffet."
