"We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. We paid for breakfast, but as it was the last morning they would be open, the offerings were slim. We made due with what their was, but an option for an egg would have been nice. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door.
