"Hos Mette is a wonderful place to stay! It manages to have a sleek design yet feel very homely, the perfect base for a relaxing few days away. Mette herself is a lovely host. She met us on our arrival and was easily contactable via WhatsApp if we needed anything. I would highly recommend trying her amazing Danish breakfast with views of the grounds and wild deer running around!! Despite it being cold outside our room was always warm and cosy!! "Kitchen not so clean. You have to clean kitchen before leaving. Cost of having our dog ridiculous. Cheaper in 4 star hotel! Walls thin. Heard the person in next Room snoring."

"The property is off the beaten path but that is the charm of this place. The place is kept immaculate. My body and soul felt rested here. The owners, Steve and Dorthe & family, are amazing people, they went beyond being just host, they doubled as a transport coordinator. They made our trip very easy and comfortable. "

"Excellent B&B which we unfortunately only were able to stay at for one night. Huge room with full kitchen amenities and an attached game room. Great for 2 families as the game room attaches to both rooms. The bathroom was a bit small but we find that to be the case in most of Europe. Def enjoyed our stay and our only real regret was not being able to stay longer."

"Great location for Lego attractions & Lalandia. Modern, comfortable hotel very reasonably priced. Outstanding staff and breakfast. Would definitely book again when visiting Billund."

"The lodges were lovely and clean, there is lots of space between them so you never felt overlooked. They also provided more things in the house than I'm used to. There was dishwasher tablets and tea towels. The shop in the main building was also really good and not too expensive. If anything the site is too big and a long walk to the main bit especially if you have a child who normally doesn't use a buggy. The main bit is really good and has lots to do. There wasn't much live entertainment when we were there despite having a stage. Legoland and Wow park are within walking distance both of which id reccomend and need full days."

Great simple hotel

"This maybe classed as a budget hotel, but we were very happy there. New hotel by the sea. Simple but functional Nordic room. Good gym Breakfast ok Good Italian restaurant on found floor. 15 minute walk into centre of town Quiet location. Good car park next to hotel, independent chargeable. Bar on top floor. We recommend"
