"Beautiful location, way out in the countryside, were looking forward to it, stopped at a shop on the way to stock up, shouldn't have bothered, the kitchen on the listing is a hot plate down the side of Sabrina's house, not sure what you do if it rains? If you want to put your food on a plate, you have to ask for one, no plates, cutlery of glasses in the property, nothing to even make a coffee with in the morning. Options are drive to a restaurant or pay for a meal cooked by the host, advance...

"The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The area is very quiet, but it’s only 25 minutes walk to Cori town centre, albeit up many steps. There are restaurants and bars here. As a family of four there was not room for all of our clothes, due to there only being one wardrobe, so we had to keep clothes in an open suitcase. There was confusion over lifts we obtained to the train station and to a winery. There was no mention of payment, but we received a rather abrupt email after we had...

"Der Aufenthalt bei Maria und ihrer Familie war ein Geschenk für uns. Nicht nur, dass die Wohnung stilvoll, sauber und bestens Ausgestattet ist, vielmehr ist das Anwesen und die Idee mit Gästen umzugehen bemerkenswert herzlich. Die Kinder konnten Pizza backen, wir bei sehr gutem eigenen Wein den Abend genießen. Die Nähe zu Rom, die hervorragenden eigenen Produkte und die Liebe zum Familienbetrieb ist erlebte und geteilte Freude. Vielen Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder."

"I proprietari della casa sono stati molto accoglienti e cortesi peccato che non mi hanno consegnato la casa prenotata e descritta nel sito. Mi hanno fornito due strutture di cui una accogliente ma sporca e con attrezzatura della cucina scarsa e molto sporca. La seconda struttura abitativa e' fatiscente, sporca e assolutamente non idonea per un soggiorno confortevole. Nel complesso la vacanza e' stata ottima anche per la meravigliosa piscina, gli ampi spazi e l'area barbecue"

"I spent a lovely week at this property with my family, including our 4 children. We all had a wonderful time, 100% beach life as the house is only 200mt from the sea. The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children. "Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa bellissima casetta e siamo stati molto bene. Anche la nostra cagnolona ha apprezzato molto il grande giardino e la tranquillità. Massima cordialità e disponibilità da parte di Alessandra e la signora Rita. Consigliato per chi cerca un posto tranquillo e un appoggio per visitare bellissimi borghi nelle vicinanze. Torneremo!"

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"
