Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. "This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The...
