"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "In the very center of the city. Cheap in every way. Not bad for a short stay. Do not expect much for the quality. But the staff is nice and helpful. "

"Not worth going, we slept in a mould smelling room, we asked others that we’re staying they said there’s was also smelling. the toilet and bathroom was not cleaned at all, shower had no window so the water went everywhere with a puddle in the bathroom as the water wasn’t going through pipes. We had stains on our pillows and towels . No proper lighting the room was dark and no air conditioning was working. Not worth your money."

"Spur of the moment stop it was late and the hotel was close breakfast was very good. But wat is this idea of putting to twins beds together to make a larger bed I will never understand otherwise I would stay there again beautiful room"

I reserved three rooms in this hotel for 7 nights ,we were in total 12 persons including 6 children, when i got there the staff was telling me i reserved one room only!!, they dont know to read/write or speak English and yet doing hotel business, they called the manager Mr H. who was very rude and not professional at all he said he ONLY HAD AGREED on confirmation for one room !!!! "It was worst experience ever. When I reached there, the facility was closed. I contacted the owner. He said that the facility has been closed for more than a year. I was shocked and did not know what to do. Finally i left the city and travelled to another city and stayed with a friend. They informed me that hotel.com will return my money.
