Nightmare
My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place.
Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. It was shocking how unfriendly this guy was and when when we told him we had booked with Expedia, his disdain worsened.
The gentlemen informed us that he needed payment up front for the room and when we told him it was our understanding that we had already paid Expedia, he became irate.
When we tried to show him on our Expedia app on our phone, he rudely grabbed my wife's phone from her.
We then found there was zero wifi and no cell signal so it was not possible to verify our payment.
At this point the gentlemen left the office.
We waited for a while and decided to find another place to stay.
There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior.
