"We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location to the city center and restaurants!"

"I really liked the proximity to the train station and the many dining options. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the service of most of the staff was great. The one thing that bothered me some was the loud music late at night from the nearby bars. My daughter and I were there over the Antique market weekend."

"Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary. Unfortunately, our vacation was during bug season - mosquitos and bees so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor areas or pool. A wonderful addition of mosquito netting around the outdoor eating area would have been most welcome to enjoy the natural space. The owners daughter most kindly assisted us with a rental car matter and we were most appreciative of her time and help."

"Very peaceful location, pool with gorgeous views, we had the same views from room 1. There is no restaurant, but reasonably priced and tasty sandwiches, salads & snacks can be ordered to have by the pool or at the tables under the gazebo. We sat there one evening with drinks to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. We felt very comfortable and welcome, a great personal approach to things. Also noteworthy were the pool loungers, a lot more comfortable than at most places in Italy. Arezzo is a charming locals town with some great places for food & drinks. "
