"This a new establishment with nice rooms. Elevator was not functioning but the young men helped move our luggage. The management was very friendly, helpful and accommodating with our needs. They even got us morning coffee compliments of them. Very close to south tower of temple. "

"This is a typically Indian hotel, so lower your expectations if your a westener. There was a muted welcome when we first arrived but when they got used to us the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was OK and had a terrific balcony with a beautiful view over rice paddies and farmland, we saw many types of birds, and a large herd of ducks were brought to rice paddies each day. The hotel is on the outskirts of town and was relatively quiet and it was an easy 15 minute walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Gingee. Gingee is hidden gem and deserves more than the one day most people give it. "
