"It was a great location for myself and 3 friends. The direct access to Balsam Harbour was great. We didn’t need to load and unload snowmobiles every day. Only limitation is parking. We parked pickups and trailers on the lake and used the driveway to park snowmobiles. It was a great experience!"

We were not given the actual address so had to wait for Joe to contact us and give us the directions. We arrived at 3:30 and yet venue was not ready. The following are some of the main problems that we encountered during our stay: 1. Wrong information in advertisement; ie.
