"Unfortunately the system for checking in remotely was extremely slow and took over an hour for our room number to be sent to us so although paid for the room’ could not get in."

"We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property."

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "Ok hotel. It is clean and staff is welcoming. However the hotel has nothing special. The pool is very cold and we could not swim in it due to its temperature despite very warm weather. The breakfast is not worth taking as it is not particularly tasteful. We were asked everyday if our our room needed to be done which was a bit odd. Not sure if the towels were indeed changed. "
