"Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away in NH. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. Property was clean, well stocked with cooking gear and cooking basics, there was firewood and kindling for making a fire, and everything was in good working condition. We had infants and children with us and they had a blast. Location is a quick 20 minutes away from downtown Dover and the Children's museum, if you're looking for something to do with small children. "The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. "
