"We had pre-booked this motel for a stop on a cross country move with 6 dogs& 2 cats. When we arrived, the motel was completely closed due to an upstairs fire. Obviously unavoidable, but they had online reservations through the main reservation line and no email or call was made to let us know. When we called the customer service line they literally said well what did you want us to do about it. Completely unapologetic & didn't offer to help find a different location."
