"We decided to try a winter getaway in Door County in the middle of March allowing for a high-end experience at reasonable price! The County is virtually a ghost town allowing you to take in the beauty at a comfortable pace from Egg Harbor to Gills Rock aka 'The End'. Peninsula State Park, White Gull Inn, Wild Tomato, Mink Basin (best onion rings!) and Jen's Windy Road were all enjoyed with no crowds to contend with making eating and site seeing a pleasure! "Overall very nice. Our 2nd time staying here. All appliances worked fine, no breakdowns. Things to improve upon are a couple more frying pans would have been nice. The shower curtain in the main needs replacing badly. Unfortunate we could not use the fire pit, fireplace, or have a grill to cook on. We really love the place and we will be back "

"A few hiccups, code to get in didn’t work. Would have been nice to have outside water turned on. Some things like towels and washcloths stained with makeup, dingy and gray, didn’t feel clean. Heat vent in bathroom rusted from overspray of pee next to toilet. Stained dishes that cleaned up after a couple washes. Back step to deck is a significant drop, almost fell twice.
