Apparently booking on Hotels.com doesn't register with this resort so when we arrived they told us that there were no rooms for us even though I booked well in advance. We were devastated but after some phone calls they apparently were able to do something to get our room back. The staff were nice, the breakfast is very simple and limited, no fresh juice, etc. The rooms were clean, but the things like the taps, showerheads, etc look in bad condition and should be replaced. If they improved the rooms a little, had a nicer breakfast and sorted out their booking system this would've been a 5 star from me.
