"We got to stay in the Oceanview Family Bungalow and had a great time. The bungalow is MASSIVE - so much room, and as good as the resort pool was, having the small private pool was an extra luxury (although the decking around it was in disrepair and needs some work) and much used also. The grounds are beautiful and it was amazing walking along the grass next to the coral beach to the restaurant and bar each day. Restaurant was good, but there was also some amazing restaurants very close by that we got to experience also. Bar staff were heaps of fun and made great (and cheap at happy hour!) cocktails, even venturing into suggestions that weren't on the menu. As with a lot of accom in Bali/Lombok, some of the finer maintenance and cleaning was a bit off, however, having been to Bali once before we kind of expect that in every place, and it did not bother us at all. We arrived late in the day after a rather large travel day and were unfortunately woken very early to an 'event' setup in the park right next to our room with full stage and PA (sounded like they were in our room) with the only notice given a note slipped under our door after we had gone to sleep. However, staff and manager were very apologetic and organised a complimentary transfer out for the end of our stay, and some complimentary treatments for the whole family at their onsite Spa which put us straight back into relax mode. Great spot to stay within the walls and chillout, but also fairly easy to go out exploring."

"Fabulous service from Manager/ Chef Mr Hambi & Sales Manager Ms Karen who rendered kind consideration & genuine helpfulness regarding my Expedia's stay cancellation due to Indonesia immigration limit of 30 days👍👍👍👍👍✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Chef instructed staff to prepare my favourite masala tea. Whereas Karen sought management's approval for accommodation refund & extended complimentary spa treatment. SOOOO... IMPRESSIVE!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Additionally, ALL service staff are so friendly & engaging 👏👏👏👏👏 Furthermore the ocean suite is very spacious & balcony overlooking the expansive shoreline & enchanting waves. "The rooms have an incredible view of the ocean, with each room having an infinity pool. Our pool didn't have steps to get in or out, so this might be an issue for some people. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and very accommodating. Stand out staff members were Imron and Wulan. Thank you both for making our stay wonderful. Your smiles and happy nature will be remembered. "
