"The property is situated in a lovely, peaceful spot. On Friday night when we arrived, sat having drinks in the garden we were lucky enough to see a mother deer and her fawn skipping up the fields behind us. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, large spacious bedrooms and a lovely hot tub. We had lunch in the dog and gun pub just up the road and the food was delicious. "The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"I stayed at this property for Christmas.The house is stunning,beautiful furnishings in every single room and the carpets are so luxurious.Everything about this house is perfect everything we could have possibly needed was provided for us. Also some of the neighbours from a few of the other homes were so lovely and welcoming which i have never experienced when renting a short stay property which made the time spent there alot more realxed.We will definitely be renting this home again in the...

"We were visiting Marsden for a family wedding and so the location was perfect. Peter was there to welcome us and show us around. Lovely and spacious, fabulous surroundings and we loved the neighbours (sheep!). "
