"It is at middle of nowhere. Building is part of the factory building. Our booking was breakfast included but staff (only one) told us we need pay €10 for buffet breakfast. We actually did not stay there, we left after checked in less then an hour. "

"Fantastic budget hotel. Not far from Neuabing train station on the S8 s-bahn direct from Munich airport, the other side of Munich city centre. Hidden behind a tyre place but no noise from there. The hotel was Immaculately clean no matter what time of day. Superb continental breakfast too. Parking is in front of the hotel, but please give the receptionist your car details otherwise youbrun the risk ofnit being towed away. Nearby theres an excellent curry house and a few other eateries."

"This is a very quaint building, nothing fancy. However, it does have some drawbacks. No AC or fans. It is on the floor above a restaurant that is open late so if you're an early-to-bed person, not the best choice. The shower is tricky to get in and out of without falling. Could be cleaner. Close to the underground, buses & trams."

"Hostess was wonderful walked us in, was warm friendly and laughing & an example of warm German hospitality. Offered us beers that were in the fridge which was a nice touch. Beautiful large open kitchen to 2nd floor patio to enjoy gorgeous view of well manicured back yard and surroundings. Nice big Family room with extra sleeping big main bedroom with lovely backyard views. Shower & washing machine in bathroom were great. 8-10 min walk to main train that gets you in the city. "Liked our room, loft was great for the kids. Area around hotel is quiet with not much to do - easy access to Munich on tube though. Bar at hotel was closed throughout our stay. Overall a good hotel but for us it was slightly overpriced for what we got. Loved Munich overall though."
